I thought perhaps they are for the telephone but I see the DSP connector is accounting for the phone option. I just have business CD above my MID and no NAV. Any suggestions on what those extra wires would be there for? You'd think the DSP amp would require six extra not the other way around.

i am not on home computer and don't have the resources handy, but if i remember correctly, some audio systems had 10 speakers, and some had 12... I think, some models even got 8 speakers... Even with DSP, you may have the subwoofers in the right rear compartment or, you might not...
I need to pull the wiring diagrams again, and see how the schematics are laid out and what options they show...
it will be much later today or even tomorrow..
