I received my second letter Friday. Appt. set for next week. The service adviser asked if I would like a loaner, I said hell yeah I want the 2014 X5M I test drove last week... He laughed and said I'll talk to my manager and see what I can do .
We'll see what they give me when I show up. I can tell you this I won't be leaving in a Toyota.
