Try nationwide ad. Buyers looking for "is" model are willing to travel for a good one. Leave all the maintenance stuff on there. If they are going to pay premium price, they want to know the condition and maintenance history. Also, no offense, most buyers looking for E53 IS model is looking for 4.8 over 4.6 and the price of your X is on the high side for the mileage. I have seen many 4.8is with lower miles for less.
