Decided NOT to do my tension arm bushings after finding the HF 12 ton puller was really too big to get a grip on the thrust arm. I've used a local alignment and suspension shop for things over the years - including replacement of the tension arm bushings 2 years ago - so I'll have him do it.
One question - do you just force the larger OD flange of the Powerflex bushing through the tension arm hole? Every other bushing I've seen in this type of application has been split, but this is one piece. Does the flange compress enough?
Also noticed another thing that needs fixing (isn't there always something), the headlight leveler has lost whatever it's attached to. Still works when I manually move the arm, but hole is broken out over a portion of it's circumference.
