Currently, there is a
2005 X5 MT with 90K in Salt Lake City, which is somewhat closer to your home town of Seattle:

They list this as 5-speed, but I believe all 2004-2006 MT have 6-speed.
Call them to be sure it is 6-speed.
Seems like a good car with 2 owners. You can always fly down to Salt Lake City and drive it back to Seattle.
BTW: I have a 2006 X5 6sp, black on black. And don't worry, I am writing some DIYs, so you can keep the beast going lol...
