How much money you want to spend? Are you just looking at network based/wifi or coax?

I have used Panasonic, Sony, Foscam, D-link, Geovision
All good cameras have iPhone/iPad apps for remote access.
Costco cameras are good if you want camera-security-in-a-box solution.
