I know what you mean very well.

Ukraine, this year, it was much better than the last one. There are now laws that do not allow the cops to pull you over, without a good reason, checking your papers is no longer accepted as a good reason. And they can't ticket you, without proof.

I wish the same was true for Romania though. They gave me a speeding ticket, when the video showed me braking. I guess they expect you to go from 90 to 50 km/h in a second or so.

So, let me get that straight, you have a DVR somewhere in the car, and all four cameras connect to it. Is there any way to play the videos back in the car, or you have to take the unit to a computer?

The problem that I have is that my "head unit" is a 3rd party one (chinese, but super nice) but the previous owner had dumped the connecting cables (instead of leaving them at the rear of the unit). So, with the exception of the rear camera, I can't use it to connect anything else, these are non-standard connectors at the back of the unit.
