My 4:3 screen is totally messed! I donīt know how this happened, it wasnīt to much sun because itīs a garage car, but maybe humidity did it, this country is very humid.
It seems the screen protection film is damage, as you can see from the second picture on uper rigth side, I already try to remove this film with my hands but the result was not great so I sttoped. Maybe itīs time for a 16:9 retrofit! Where I can find second hand X53 16:9 Nav system, Ebay? Or is there any other source? There are aftermarket products that have Ipod conection, would you advice me to buy those instead of OEM? I would like to have oipod/iphone conection, but donīt want to have problems while installing due to bugs or to much complicated retrofit systems.
Meanwhile I would like to remove the film, any ideias how to do it? Thanks in advance.
