Kristophe you have to take that piece out to get to the door easier.

Remove the mid and then pry the two clips inward on the CD player cover, and you can remove the trim piece on your workbench. I recommend getting 3 new spring clips from the dealer for a buck as well, when I swapped mine for Titan silver I was able to pry the old clips off with a thin flat blade screwdriver and a utility knife, those things are on there good!
