Hmm. You made sure the line was straight into the metal chase? I was sure that's what it was.

I assume you checked the actual drains on the top of the sunroof? And the outlet down below under the car?

What happens if you pull out the drain line from the chase and try to pour water down the chase (in the a pillar, about dash height?). It will spare you from trying to pull the roof apart.

You can snake almost anything up the drain from below if the blockage is in the lower half. If the upper half I was only able to get a coat hanger into the drains.
