Bluetooth Audio or Bluetooth for phone?

I have a 2007 and it has Bluetooth for the phone but not Bluetooth Audio (for music).

My X5 has an Aux plug but not USB. I added a 3.5mm Bluetooth dongle adapter to stream my music from phone to car audio system. Works well. $30 tweak...
