^^^^Agree.Also,specifying what engine is in your E70 may bring some opinions.But even if the dealer,with the approval of BMW NA of course,agrees to do some repairs they would be visible and problems ongoing.I dont believe there will be "goodwill preventive maintenance".But you never know.
In a few words,if the dealer has the permission from BMW NA to do the goodwill repairs it is in their interest to find problems because they will be reimbursed by BMW NA.So good luck with all of this and post back to let us know what happened.
