I charged up the new (Duralast) battery all night and it didnt do anything. Only thing you hear is the relays in the truck clicking.

I am charging the BMW battery that was in the truck and see what happens. After that I will proceed to other test.

But I wanted to point out that I AM NOT hearing any noise from the fuel pump. It does not make any noise.
