I tried to feel it but there wasn't enough to get on my fingers. At 6AM dressed for work with my toddler in the car I was not feeling like planting my nose to the concrete for a smell. But both of those are things I will check if I see more tonight after the x5 has been garaged for a few hours.

My gut instinct is telling me it's coolant. When I figure it out, I will post!
