They placed 3rd in wet constant radius cornering of 10 ultra high performance tires tested in the european tire test I read. That's good enough for me in "almost never rains" Dallas TX. They HUMILIATED ALL the other tires on dry track lap times and response/feel/feedback!!!
Tires are a compromise, this is what I want from MY tires, not for everyone.
FWIW, if Dallas gets an unusually wet spell or I road trip, I have the OE non-staggered 18"s with B'stone Turanza tires. Can swap sets in around 5 mins.
Drove a 700 hp Viper DD with Michelin XGT-Zs (8yrs/100k miles) in "rains every afternoon" Florida. These should be no problem after that.
