That looks like a good fluid. I am not sure what difference it really makes outside of boiling temps. I just went with that my local shop recommended and have had great results on the track.

You can reuse and re grease caliper pins as long as they haven't been damaged. I replaced my old pitted ones when I bought my E30 but have reused them ever since
