Cradle removal

Hello,

I've had a read through the forums about cradle removal and I've split the cradle. From what I've read I need to access the circuit board but I've no idea how to get this plastic piece in front of it off, I'm attacking it from the bottom as it seems the most logical way but I just don't want to break the circuit board or end up with any error codes, I know the cradle is a dud now and can't be replaced but I'm not bothered about that, the next buyer will have to live without it, I just need to know how to get this damn circuit board out, it's the green in the photo attached underneath the plastic
