funny, I just got mine today in the mail. same one and it works for me.
pair first through blue tooth and then open Torque app.
but it sounds like yours IS connecting tho... maybe you got a fouled one.
I have a fake autel scan tool that works very well, but this bt bit is just to leave in car for emergencies. its nice and tiny and the Torque app does provide nice colorful graphs compared to my scan tool which is dot matrix screen.
