One guy at BMW of fairfax tried to screw you- not the whole corporation.

Personally I think he just gave up- BMW has language that requires runflats if the car came with runflats. The language in the contract doesnt need to say "runflat" in order to be a requirement. There is a LONG history on this issue, some poeple get away with it- but most do not
Where he DID try to screw you was the price $200 per tire is what he should have charged as I recall. IMO once you began fighting and he realized you werent going to roll over, AND he got the cost wrong, he just said 'screw it' and let you go.
Lets hope...you got a signed lease return document?
