So, I recently purchase from Craigslist a full set of almost new weather tech liners (front , back and cargo ) for a great price.

After installing realized I didn't have the T bottom hooks to secure the front mats in place, specially the driver side .

Although great fit, without the hooks they move around a bit . Anyway to make a long story short .
I when on the weather tech website to see if I could purchase the hooks from them, after much search, came up empty handed.
as it looks they are not sold individually , so I email them to see how I could buy them.

Was contacted today by them and they are sending then to me for free! No questions asked just my address

Was very surprised, I know the hooks are just a few bucks and is nothing mayor... but was taken by how quick they where willing to resolved my issue.

So just wanted to share my experience with them and their awesome customer service.
