Thanks for this write-up. I was poking around my X tonight and checking things out and saw that my top joints on both sides need replacing sometime. My question is, can this wait another 7 months or so until I have time to do it and it's not freezing as hell outside? Mine are nowhere near the condition of the ones posted and have 98k kms on them.
