FSR and fuse 64

Hello all, can one categorically say that one symptom of a bad FSR is the it stops the car sleeping as mentioned in one post and you can tell this 'awake mode' as the orange light remains on by gear stick all the time?

Or could you have an FSR that initially is ok allows car to sleep and then wakes car at a later time plus keeps the blower going at high rate or even lower rate/levels that are barely audible 'feelable' so there is no way to tell if the blower is on?
