Cold start tire pressure will be decrease as the temperature drops. Lower tire pressure decreases mileage. Depending on how cold it is, the tires will gain pressure after some number of miles and speed. I would increase tire pressure by 3-4 lbs. and see if that helps. In cold weather the engine will run richer especially with a cold start. Could simply be the gas. Have you checked more than one tank and are you buying from the same location? As previously asked--how much has your mileage changed?

I don't expect alignment to be the cause but any change in vehicle height changes the alignment so you do need have it aligned at the new height regardless.
