M62 4.4. The fan broke during belt r&r and the replacement fan was 4 bolt, old one was 3 so I got a new clutch assy.

I was not paying any attention to how the tensioner assy was attached but to avoid another dissssembly ordered the two idlers, piston and mount. I just hope to find out if it is more than those two nuts holding it in on top that are tightened when applying tension. I had several surprises with the belts and hope to avoid that this time.
