The Emergency option is also on the main menu, with full functionality. That TMC sub-menu
was available in the Map Positioning sub-menu; it is not available anymore after selecting/deselecting it it (it works the same as the Perspective if you revert back to V26, as long as you don't mess with it it will remain in the screen).

Unfortunately no, the beta version code still shows up
plus the Accept screen. I was not expecting a miracle anyway...
