Hi all! I need your help here.

Today my X' passenger side door lock does not work at all. When I press the unlock button on the key or the button besides the warning light button, the stick on the door does not go up or down. However, I can still press the stick down or unlock the door by inside latch, outside latch also works without problem. Does this mean the lock actuator is gone and I have to replace the lock? Thanks for help!
