Echoing what BASORA said in the previous reply; Walk away, if for no other reason than the vehicle doesn't have a warranty. Rule of thumb with a car that costs this kind of money, generally part of that high purchase price is justified by the fact that you're buying "piece of mind". No warranty, no dice. There are hundreds of similar (if not better) deals around...
