Ok I have saved the link to the download on to my C drive. I have got the alcochl 120% free trail following the intructiona I get this message up and I'm not sure what to do next
Because an unsupported image fiel format is being used,you should manually set the track format,block size and other information. You MUST do this to record the image file!
NOTE: The unsupported image file will be burned/emulated as a ONE-track_only disc. If this image file contains multi-track data,the burned/emulated disc will not be recorded the same as the original disc.
What am I doing wrong????? never burned a CD in my life before.

In Alcohol 120 there should be an option called "Burning ROM Wizzard" (I'm going from memory here, so don't quote me on that
). If you click on that it should ask you for the location of the image files. Point to that and it should take over from there.
