Hi all. I have just replaced the broken cam chains on my E70 3 litre diesel. The problem is that now it will crank but not start. I have checked the compression on all cylinders and it seems good. I bought the car broken so I don't know any history and I have not worked on a BMW before so am at a bit of a loss.
Could it be something with the immobiliser?
