Door handle carrier. Just replaced mine, exact same thing. I'd give you a link and part number, but I'm on my phone and don't have the best site maneuverability. Do a search, should pop right up. Took me just over an hour to replace, not to complicated. Actually, there's a DIY link in the tips and tricks at the top of the page.
