I try to replace bolts like that following the manual, but what I keep finding (speaking in general) is that the local dealer doesn't stock any of these special bolts - which means, to me, that they are not regularly replacing them either.

Wish someone with experience would/could answer honestly whether the dealer techs really replace those things every single time.
