If you read my previous post,I mentioned "EWS manipulation" and you have it right there in your codes-" 4A63 EWS manipulering...........". That will prevent the car from starting.
But you have too many codes related to a various sensors.I believe 3EED is related to the sensor codes.The computer may be missing the +5V power supply for the sensors.That may be external power supply problem or internal DDE problem,which I suspect.At this point I recommend you to find someone with ISTA ICOM(original BMW diagnostic equipment) and scan the car.The code descriptions will be more clear and there are test schedules built-in that may point to the problem.Also not every scanner will clear the EWS manipulation code.There is a chance the DDE is not from that car at all,so you may want to find a way to read the VIN from it .
