I am looking at a 2003 3.0 X5 with 60k miles and I would appreciate any advice on things to look for on my pre-purchase run through.

I am a E39 (2001) M5 owner and have a pretty good feel for what may lay in store for the power plant (have also owned a 330i) but have no idea what to look for regarding other common issues may lurk with the X5.

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
