Good morning fellas,
have a few items to list so bare with me.

1. i've noticed a weezing noise coming from the back of my truck. seems to be more dominant on the rear drivers side. i did notice one thing. if i move my window the noise stops. but once i release the window button the noise continues. could this be something electrical?

2. my rear heated seats do not turn on. i press the button, the light goes on but then quickly turns off. this might be just a simple fuse perhaps?

3. i get extreme rattling in my moon roof. any dyi solutions to attack this issue?

4. the front suspension seems to make a hard knock on the right side when going over a pot hole or small bump. my air bag suspension was replaced two years ago on both sides. struts??? ball joints??

5. when is the time to sell the car to get the most money before larger more pricey repairs come into play. i have 80,000 miles 2006 x5 4.8 mint condition
