Just to do the OFHG which is a 6-8 dollar part is 3-4 hours labor job. You need to remove the alternator in order to remove the 6 bolts that holds the OFH to the block. To the OP now will be a good time to replace the OFHG if you have a 3.0 engine. The parts is very cheap and it will save you another 3-4 hour labor cost when it starts to leak.

I had the OFHG done last year, but thanks for the suggestion.
