Your sig shows you have a 3.0. You're responding to someone who has a 4.4. I'm pretty sure it's a different transfer case. I think your 3.0 has a New Venture (NV500) and the 4.4 and 4.8 have the ATC500. Double check with your VIN and realOEM.com and make sure you're looking at the right information.
Also, you only need a liter, just get the BMW oil.
