If the front tires are bouncing,that car will be undriveable.
The picture may not be very clear,but mine is worn on the same spot.It has more than half thread in the middle and inside,but almost gone at the outer edge.The car was aligned a few months ago and has less than 40k miles,but the previous tires were worn in the same pattern.I have seen this only on 20"s and with relatively agressive driving.My guess is that happens due to the double-wishbone suspension which has very little static camber,and the run-flat tire flexing in a specific way.
