Don't worry to much about the snow, you will get through it. The media and everyone at work make it more hype than it is. One year not to long ago we in NJ got 4 feet in one snow fall...I could not walk around my house.
Last year we had a tough winter too...seems there was always a foot or two of snow on the ground all winter and into the spring.

I'm not nervous and I ignore the media but its factual information that we are getting pounded and have surpassed the historic record of 78 as far as snow fall is concerned. This picture was taken after I cleared snow last weekend. I have about 16 inches more on my front lawn than in this picture
. Its miserable.
I'm 10 minutes from downtown Boston btw so imagine what that looks like.
