I'd go for Michelin Diamaris which are OEM spec on the e53 4.8is.
You will get a degree of tram-lining with wide tyres (ie. your 20" rims) but a good alignment and ensuring all your bushes are healthy should eliminate that.

Diamari's are very soft compound and low treadwear rating so not a good option for comfort. If the OP was wanting comfort, then the Michelin Lattitudes are a much better option.
