Ok great, I checked the area you suggested and it seemed the duct may have been out of place a little. I didn't check if air was blowing out of the top of that duct piece before I removed it. I took it out and replaced it as best I could in line with the bottom section and lots of air is blowing out of the top of it now. I then aligned the top of it but alas still no air out of the rear vent. I'm now thinking it could possibly be the vent open/close rotary may have something detached or broken. Is the removal of the vent a pain?
