Doesn't the OP have ZF 6HP26? Start with fluid and filter change. Reset trans adaptation with DIS. I don't think stomping on gas paddle for 30 seconds thing works... Also check transfer case as some of the symptoms can be associated to that instead. Change fluid and reset with DIS.
