I can see them by looking through the spokes in my rims. If not you can try sliding underneath. The arm should be toward the corresponding wheel.
If one is flipped over you will need to jack it up until the suspension is fully extended to flip it back. Be sure to lower it slowly and check it again. If that is the problem you will need to drive it a few blocks and turn wheel left and right before it goes out.
