E53 Suspension Inactive Again

I have a 2003 BMW X5 4.4i (E53) which continual air suspension problems. I have replaced the following:

- Air compressor
- Front two Pneumatic springs
- Rear two Pneumatic springs
- All sensors

The only item left I believe is the module itself.

Symptoms:

1. Every time the X5 is lifted (Oil change, tire rotation, etc..) I get the Suspension Inactive and the X5 goes to the lowest level (like it doesn’t have any air in it)
2. The X5 has to be recalibrated once per month to get the suspension even.
3. Suspension Inactive comes up without any warning then goes away

I have GT1 and it doesn’t really show anything worthwhile. I can normally clear the error and it returns back to normal. At times it won’t clear and if I recalibrate then it clears.

I know there are a lot of threads on this but can’t find that has all these symptoms. I have to either continue to try to solve this or replace with coil springs.

Thoughts?
