Those are braided HOSES, not the hard pipes that follow the frame rails. In my life, the hard pipes last the life of the car. The flex hoses from the body to the stuff that moves are rubber, and they need to be replaced from time to time. But the hard pipes never need to be replaced. We're talking about the hard pipes.
