Whatever deal you're getting/$ you're saving will likely be spent doing this conversion, making it a wash. But just for fun, here's what comes to mind…

Body kit - front and rear bumpers, side skirts
Either 223M or 333M wheels
Self leveling suspension (unless you have 3rd row, then you'd have this already)
Fender flares, painted body color, if you don't at least have the SAV
Brushed aluminum roof rails
Brushed aluminum M Sport dead pedal
M Sport steering wheel (and a new airbag if you don't have the SAV)
///M door sills
Anthracite headliner
Shadowline exterior trim
Paint your current door edge guards body color

Might be something else I'm missing…
