I did disconnect the battery overnight hoping for a reset but no go.

I checked for continuity from the connector at the alt to pin 19 on the 52 pin connector and nothing. It looks like it would be the green wire from the 2 pin at the alt. I opened the ignition box on bank 2 and the green wire goes into a diode with current flow from the 2 pin connector into the diode and out to a green wire with white trace. There is no continuity through the diode so I went from the back side of the diode to pin 19 and still nothing. I checked the blue wire from the 2 pin connector to pin 19 and still nothing.

Since there was 12v at the plug in the beginning, I assume it had to be coming from the blue wire since the green has the diode (arrow pointing towards the plug) so current flow could only come from the plug side. Correct me if I am wrong on that. Surprised the diagram doesn't show the diode.

So no 12v at the plug anymore and no continuity from the plug to pin 19. hmmmnn.
