Last July I paid in the $14K range for a 4.8is with 108K on it. I felt like I was paying a little too much, but I was happy to do it with the driving experience.
And, of course, like you I've also hit a good percentage of big ticket repairs. Transfer case, valley pan, air suspension, drive shaft, CV axle...
Luckily labor rates are relatively low here. I'm keeping it. Too much fun to drive.
