A little update

Bluetooth is still at UPD01008 (tx-003.005.008 mx-003-005-004)
iLevel from ISTA/P 3.55.2 is still at E070-14-11-501
GNDB (Gracenote) 01/14
New map just released North America Premium 2015-2
