I think I paid ~$75 for all 4 hoses plus the oil separator. Of course those
are aftermarket. From the part quote he has, not clear whether those
are BMW or aftermarket. I'd bet aftermarket.
What's wrong with the belt? If it's just the belt that needs replacing,
then I'd just check the pulleys. If there is any evidence they are bad,
then I'd replace just the pulleys, not the tensioner. If they are OK, I'd
leave them alone.
Small oil leaks? If it's just a drop here and there on the floor an
absorbant pad is a lot cheaper than changing PS steering hoses
and pan gaskets.

Where did you get your parts from? It seems that FCP is one of the cheaper options.
As for the belt. They said that there are "cracks" and he did not mention pulleys. Is this something worth driving until it breaks, or I guess like you said, replace the belt and check the pulleys..
As far as leaks...they are small in my eyes. Drop or two each night. I can post a picture tomorrow morning if that'll help.
Again, thanks again for all of the help. Yall are awesome. I do not mind dropping $1,000 for fixes. After all, this is a BMW and it has 160K miles. That is expected. But I do not want to drop $3,000. It looks like I can do the CCV and PS for around or under that $1,000 range. I will probably hold off on the oil fix for a couple of months. I can handle a drip pad.
