Rust on bottom door seam. Repair or replace ?

My passenger side door has rusted pretty bad on the bottom door seam. I don't think it's savable. Removed the bottom weather stripping to see the actual rust damage. Funny thing is that 2 doors are missing the weather stripping are perfect, no rust. Rear driver side has started to rust on bottom seam as well but not very much but besides that it's perfect so that door I'm saving. Just wondering if I should try to fix it or get a replacement. Looks like the weather stripping is either blocking the drain holes or holding moisture. What do you guys think?
